Uniquely terrible. 1% Tomatometer rating. Carvey performs the whole film in an Italian accent. He needs to get into a fancy club called The Turtle Club, so he disguises himself as a turtle. Not everything in the film makes that much sense.

I actually think the best joke (at least the one that made me laugh) is the “Senor Wences Intermittent Flame.”
